Na druhý ročník Světového poháru Grand Prix je přihlášeno 200 para atletek ze 45 zemí světa!

The second year of the Women's World Para Athletics Grand Prix in Olomouc promised remarkable performances with its excellent lineup. A lot was expected, but the fact that the world's historical tables would be rewritten twice in the first competition block exceeded all estimates.
In the shot put sector, the Croatian Karla Hergotic gave no one a chance, setting a world record in the F62 category with a throw of 8.73 meters on her sixth attempt. According to the Croatian Para Athletics Association she surpassed the previous world record from 2001 by more than three meters.
But that wasn't all in Olomouc on Thursday. The warm weather also benefited Madina Mukhtorova. The Uzbek star reached 25.71 meters in the discus competition (F40) with her final sixth attempt, thus moving the two-year-old world record of Sliwinska by more than half a meter. The seven-time Paralympic champion and owner of eleven gold medals from the World Championships, Raoua Tlili, also presented herself in the same sector. The Tunisian legend won bronze.
Irina Tychshenko from Kazakhstan is doing well in Olomouc. At last year's premiere here, she moved the world records in the shot put and discus throw in the F45 category. And this year she improved the discus best twice! Firstly she improved it to 25.60 meters in the second attempt and then moving it even further to 25.72 meters on her fifth attempt.
Another big name that came out of the speakers at the Olomouc stadium was Diana Krumina. The experienced Latvian, who won gold at the Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro and Paris, left no one in doubt and easily defeated all her rivals in the F55 javelin category, sending her implement to 25.19 meters.
Miroslava Adámková took care of the two most valuable medals for the Czech team. In the morning, she dominated the F56 shot put competition with a performance of 7.04 m and at the end of the day she was second in the F56 javelin (16.10 m). Other victories were added by Pavlína Absolonová (800 m, T20), Eva Berná (Shot put, F37) and Anna Marcaniková (Discus throw, F32).
