Accommodation
Accommodation will be offered in three official hotels. These are:
The hotels will be allocated according to the team size and available hotel capacities. All the hotels are within 20-minutes walk from the stadium.
Check-in possible from 2:00 PM
Check-out until 10:00 AM
Accommodation will be part of the obligatory participation packages.
Food (full board) will be served in each hotel also as part of the packages during the whole Event period. We kindly ask teams not to take food out of the hotel restaurants.
The participation packages are offered below. The selection of package nights is flexible in the official period of June 27 to July 6, 2026. Prices shown are per one person.

Example: 6 nights package can be chosen from June 29 to July 5 = 6 nights, starting with dinner on Monday and ending with breakfast on Sunday.
In case extra nights out of the official Event period are needed, this needs to be requested in advance to vrzala@atletikaolomouc.cz and will be calculated separately.
The participation packages include:
- full board accommodation (starting with dinner and ending with breakfast),
- participation fee,
- transport from the official airports to the official hotels and back,
- local transport hotel-stadium,
- access to the stadium (competition + training),
- accreditation cards.
All teams are required to send the completed Accommodation Form to l.dockal@atletikaolomouc.cz and vrzala@atletikaolomouc.cz by May 22, 2026. Subsequently they will receive a team invoice that needs to be paid in full by May 29, 2026.
Cancellation policy:
- In case of any change or cancellation before May 29, no cancellation fee applies.
- Cancellation after May 29 will not be refunded!
